My property is zoned 2 per 5 acres so I can but the engineer wants 20 k for a site plan and the bullshit with the city. If I wasn't building my truck I would prob do it and keep 5. I want to build a shop/apt above there but idk if Im ready to be living in the country full time yet. I have 1 move left in me. Gotta make it count.

She's right though. We painted while the vanity and everything else was out, and the tile was the last thing I did. Once I put up the mosaic tile accent, it was pretty clear we had the wrong blue.

I pretended to ignore it, but it just looks bad.

I used to live in woodstock, ga. Its beautiful there and cheap. 20 min to atlanta. Good off roading. Prob now you would have to go a little outside of there but I prefer over va any day of the week.

Very redneck out there too if thats your sorta thing. About 20 mins outside of roanoke, its becoming a nice city. Very much a rundown industrial city thats in the process of gentrifying itself.

I grew up in MD and have family across VA, it's a convenient and cheap to move back to the east coast. Honestly it'll be too hot and muggy for my liking that far south so GA can go fork itself lol

Eeehhhh that's a buzz killer then. That's why I wanted to be closer to roanoke itself so I have at least some kinda culture at least lol

Yeah backwoods virginia folk are a special breed. Definitely more redneck than anywhere near me, and I live near a town called Horneytown.
