Is it still in storage?

 

I think the closest I've come to that is coke and vodka. I can't imagine being too amped up and also hit by the vodka haha.
The sugar kicks my ass....that said, blackberry liqueur and vodka with blackberry ginger ale happened

When we went to Salinas, I brought my tv, dining table, chairs, more misc. tools I forgot about, few firearms, reloading gear, and whatever else fit.

Damn LC is huge

Problem is, the desk is pretty big and my chair takes an awkward amount of room (even disassembled). There's the monitor too though...

Next trip up, I can definitely bring it all.

We've been casually considering that for the holidays later this year. it already has the ingredients to be a superb vehicle for going up the river and doing some fishing.

TOTD is up first when my JCW arrives. Yeah you west coast folks have canyon runs, (and I might end up driving the Mini west before the 1st gen) but we have slim pickings when you're hanging here...besides backroads anyway

You're gonna have fun. We have a mini Cooper s and it's one of the most fun cars I've ever drive. More fun than my C63!

If she's happy that's a huge thing and and makes every trip better. I feel like with that vans capability you're really not sacrificing much either for a comfy campsite.

I'm pumped to get the Mini. I'd wanted one since the R53 but always put it on the back burner. Just driving the S that I did was so fun, it was a no brainer to finally go for it. Especially since they're going all EV soon, the timing to jump was right.

 

Jealous of you dudes buying houses lol. Seems like a dream where I am right now.

Would you stay in VA?

 

For now I'd stay where I am to be with/near family. It's just that where I am specifically, its prohibitively expensive to buy. There are only two houses near me for under $1M right now for instance.
I've been thinking of getting a small place out west though so I can split the year, I just have to decide if that's worth it. I'm hoping to get out there in October or so for an extended stay, now that (fingers crossed) things have chilled out a bit. It'll give me a better idea.

 

He should move out here with us. So he can live close by and still never hang out
