I think I've seen what he's talking about

Shallow Cuts perpendicular across the threads or at a 45 for the pipe dope to hold in

The battery is the week point. We don't have too much carpet so it's fine. 2000sqft of carpet would never work.
    That's different.

That wouldnt last one lap around my yard. Too much plastic.

Ill stick to my 30 year old snapper that burns/leaks more oil than an LS engine.

idk. Sounds like an old school thing maybe. Unless the threads had burs on them and he was just trying to knock them off.

I use that blue bloc shit. 2 threads and it makes a seal.

Sounds like a small commercial fan

It made quick work of the tiny ass lawn I have up front. Will make more sense to have once the grass in the backyard starts growing.

Yeah I had an old gas mower at my old house.

Got it done but still had to maintain the bitch. Do miss the sound though

Dont need to maintain it if it leaks all the oil out every 2 mowings. Self changing oil is a pro, not a con.

Owner of the market I worked at as a kid had the same mindset with his old square body Chevy pickup. Had to put a quart in it any time he drove more than 20 miles so he figured he was just constantly changing the oil anyway lol.

I haven't done a front diff oil change in years on my truck because I've had to top it off so many times after swapping out axles or changing seals, same idea I guess
