    I've done a mod or two
    I gave that a thought for a minute and no doubt I could have an axle shaft made although that would be a replacement parts nightmare. Real issue is the spindle isn't designed for a pass through, it's got a solid back, and the shock is dead center where the CV would need to go.

    The Jeep one we've got is remote control too. Most of those electric toddler cars are, they have to be....I can only imagine the carnage if they weren't

    She can control it with the steering wheel and pedal but the remote overrides
