They're good for cleaning parts in without making a mess outdoors

I wonder how long they hold up to brake cleaner, I mean I barely drove my daughter's Jeep into ours and the thing basically split in half lol.

They really recommend you don't do that, and that you carry extra fuel if you aren't on the paved paths... And there's no reason to visit when it's not winter or fall TBH, can't look at anything without dying of heat stroke anyway

Yeah I don't get why anyone goes out there this time of year. So freaking remote, even if your vehicle is brand new and gets great mileage you risk running into issues in that heat

but yeah the key will be us not going during summer for sure. Winter is much more temperate, even legitimately cold at night and the higher elevations. Not being there alone, etc

People not planning well and taking enough water either.

Whether it's camping or going off road, I find myself packing more water than I'll drink 'just in case'

Several water bottles, and a red bull or 3 (which is what I'll usually drink on trail).

Pistachio snacks are always on me (hell even at the movies the other night).

But yeah some people just have the drink they brought from home before the meet

Then, you've got others like a buddy of mine that brought his grill and cooked up some meat for all of us.
