I do this maybe once or twice a season, just cause we get dust storms and ash from fire season.

yeah can relate to the ash. Been 2 years since the big fire in the mountains near our place and we still get ash in our AC filter every time I clean it once a month

New house, I had a dirt backyard.

    20220329_134750.jpg

Then we added our shed, lights, camera.

Lined the edges with mulch cause it's cheap and retains moisture better.

    20220430_225654.jpg

    Then got the sod in.

    Screenshot_20220528-153140_Hik-Connect.jpg

Added more plants (still need to add more) and the yard belongs to the dogs.

Every Sunday I mow the lawn.

After that, I always use my leaf blower to clean/blow anything off the driveway, walkway, etc.

I don't do this early enough to be a nuisance (normally 830-9am) but late enough to ask...is no one else going to maintain their shit or even wake up?

Neighbor to my right hasn't mowed his front lawn since he moved in.

Neighbor to my left has a landscaper tend to it as they don't live there yet and have deliveries every week or so. They're still furnishing the place with all new stuff.

Other neighbors...well they're as one of you guys said...stupid cause they do shit mid-day when it's over 90 degrees.

That was a crazy story. Been awhile since I looked into it but I think they only found some remains of a couple of them?

Speaking of maintenance, I need to buy a pressure washer.

You guys use one at all? I used to at my old house.

I have the second cheapest Ryobi from the box hardware stores. It does alright for washing the trucks and stains off the sidewalk. Biggest complaint is that it seems pretty sensitive to house water pressure and will cavatate if it's not getting enough flow but that could have been the spigot I was using at the old house. I work around it by filling the tank with water so it has enough lol

Definitely beats paying $30/mo at the car wash or so like I did before

I tend to mow when I have time, lunchtime if I can. As long as the mower is charged I can be done in 45 minutes.

Ahh damn, I too had Ryobi (from Home Depot) that I rarely used so I can't pass judgement on its performance.

    Good to know though!

And yeah I had my wife cancel her membership for car washes, mainly cause it was in the town she used to live in. It's like oh yeah, unlimited washes per month for $xx but how often do you actually go?

    Yep!

    EGO electric.

Love the way it cuts and it's light for being full-sized.

Thought this was really cool; I've bought stuff from them since last year but had to make an account when I bought a cylinder from them -
