Some areas painted, not all so definitely don't want to strip the paint off which is why I wanted home-grade. But fuck, home-grade is basically a "consumable".

Damned if you do damned if you don't right?

    Any new projects?

Getting a guy out this weekend to quote ripping a window out, cutting the brick and installing a back door. Taking the dog out through the car port gets old since she rarely goes straight to the yard.

I was under the impression we were down to 1 day a week for watering, ya know... on account of us running out of water.
My neighbor just ripped his lawn out in favor of fake ass turf. Lately, I let the front yard die off every summer then it ends up coming back. This time around, going to go the route of rocks and drought resistant plants. Screw it.

Ah niiice; the stuff we do for the dogs.

Does she keep you out longer than needed?

Biscuit does her business, and wants to come right back in

Bronx will pretend he wants to, then goes off. Comes back, then takes off. Leaving him alone he just likes to sun bathe for the most part.

Alot of small engine manufacturers are going EFI finally to hit emission standards (for gas)

Industrial small diesel engines have required afterburners or cats since about 5yrs ago

We were talking about when (as in during the day).

Think we're still at 3 times a week and going to 2 soon for the county.

And depending on your address number, will determine what days you can water.

I think I read somewhere that CA is actually banning new ICE tools by some year in the mid 2020s, gotta be electric...maybe it was just for landscaping. I'll see if I can find the article

Some counties already offer rebates, or tax credits, for buying electric tools for landscaping and what have you.

I remember @se7enine talking about that awhile ago. We almost never selling anything to CA but the industry but I'm developing a battery powerpack since CA usually sets the precedent for the rest of the country to eventually follow

Shell play outside for hours if you let her. Hates being picked up or leashed to go back in. Hence wanting an actual back door on the house. Plan is to also get a patio poured and that area re-graded before the end of summer. But with the current market, we'll see about that. Door is priority 1 right now.

I'm sure it'll come up when one does their taxes, but you can see if you qualify depending on your county of residence.

You'll just need to retain or submit a copy of your receipt proving said purchase.

Been going on since last year?

Honda FTW when it comes to small gas generators (at least until they're banned).

On a serious note, you should really look into a Generac. The dual fuel either natural gas or propane would be my suggestion. Solar is fine, especially if you can afford Tesla's (errrr Tyler's) Wall Batt however I stand with the conventional back up supply.

She's associated the leash with going indoors?

Dogs are too fucking smart, especially your breed.

We've got a covered patio, but priority hasn't been to buy outdoor furniture though we want to.

One day. Everything's damn expensive :bananadead:

Generac is the one go-to I've heard a lot about for backup power needs.

    Do you have one?

We don't. Not that we wouldn't want one, other things are priority.

Even though it's hot AF outside, it's nice how efficient our home is as it remains a constant temperature indoors.

I missed the generator part though? I mentioned motors regarding pressure washing.

I actually do not have one but its at the top of the list. Solar batts are a good standby but I want a more perm solution and yes, Generac is one of the top brands that came up when I was researching. Not to mention costco item, right? lol

Tell me you have AC dude... Energy efficient is great but where you're at, f-that man. Hell, even next to the bay I can't live without my AC.

I mentioned honda generators but yeah, honda engines in general . If I had to buy a portable gas generator, it would be honda.

Nah she just hates the leash in general. She likes going inside, just gets distracted easily between the gate and the car port door.
