My old Snap-On gauges and the even older robinair vacuum have been good to me. I have new hoses for them somewhere

Definitely helped the air in the attic--I hung out there long enough to see the reading drop a degree--but not sure yet how much it will help the house. It's only been an hour or two. Can't hurt anyway.

This gives me PTSD. I still have a roof mounted swamp cooler. Last week, the water line decided the insulation in the attic looked too hot and dry. There's two powered vents I noticed weren't working so spent 20 more minutes in the sweat box fixing that shit. Small attic space but it felt like a 10-20° drop after they were back on.

I have a whole house fan, can suck the heat out the house and blow it out the attic all in one go.

I thought the 1.8 3 speed non overdrive auto trans powertrain was going to be trash

That powertrain in the celica I traded the camry for is actually pretty decent... cruises on the highway just fine with no crazy high rpm like I would've expected

I got lucky, I have the 1.8 Japanese built one with the A245 4 speed, she moves out pretty good for a nugget
