    lol, I just replied.

To add I've been using Super Lube in my front UCA bushings cause that's what TC recommends. Was working fine until I got TC shock bucket gussets put on. Now Super Lube doesn't last long at all. When I first put the UCAs back on with the gussets I used ES Formula5 which is the stuff that comes with ES bushings. that stuff work great but it doesn't come in tubes for grease guns.

I just ordered Daystar grease yesterday. Should have it next week.

You can use that, some people use moly, I used Super Lupe. But none of the general purpose chassis grease last nearly as long as the silicone stuff that poly bushing manufacturers sell. Their stuff is tacky as hell but more expensive too. Marine grease is better than general purpose chassis grease but still not as good as the silicone grease from poly manufacturers.

Dont get simple green!!!! It degrades rubber. Best stuff is hot water and dawn dish soap in a sprayer.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I just go to the carwash and spray the fucker down with the pressure wand. Sometimes I'll douche it with simple green, gunk (which doesn't work worth a damn), or if you're fancy you can use a blow gun with mineral spirits

Correct. I use the PVC glue brushes found in the plumbing department, and some microfibres you plan on throwing out. Hit it with a blow nozzle if you have one first to knock the loose stuff off. I then finish off with some meguairs back 2 black on the hoses, and air intake, radiator shroud etc.0706181655.jpg

Moly not on poly. I ordered some Super lube with PTFE in it for my leaf spring bushing job I got coming up. Can't find red n' tacky in a tube that will fit my small grease gun.

Aircat? Ingersol Rand? Chicago Pneumatic? Sioux? Those are the friends I call when I got bolts that are too tight.
