Easy ass day

 

It’s over once they’re welded onto steelies if I’m not mistaken. Like at some yards their titles get shredded and they don’t permit the frame/cab from being removed in full.

 

This yard doesn't weld them onto the steelie-stands (they just put the stand in the least convenient place possible, like resting the leaf springs on it), but I haven't seen any indication that they'll let someone take a frame or a shell.

Bummer to see what looks like a fairly clean specimen in there.

 

Toughen up princess.

There's 4 big ones currently. A big one in Oregon, big one in Cascade, Salmon and Stanley Idaho. Some places have about a mile of visibility. Then there's a bunch of little ones burning, saw this one run up and over the ridge from camp last weekend. With temps dropping we should get reprieve soon.

 

Fuck I want to so badly! Only drawback is it being a '60. From 60-62 they had the baby in line six that they put in the falcon so it's either a 170 or a 200. I had a 63 with a 240 and a 64 with the 300 and both were just barely enough power stock to let the van get out of its own way.. I can't imagine a smaller engine in something that heavy lol




Plus the wife would kill me if I brought a broken van home, especially if I had to travel to CO to get it

Yea what I find fucked up most about that story is the ex boyfriend being allowed to register a car in someone else's name. Especially if that person isn't even and the DMV with em

 

The missus shares that video with me at least twice a year (or whenever it comes up in her feed) because she sees me as that plumber
