Wedding!

Like Ryan said earlier, it's been nothing but early mornings and late nights with tons of alcohol for the past several days.

I'm freaking exhausted.

When we got home, naturally the first thing we wanted to do was go to bed but here we were making a shit ton of noise in the middle of the night

Didn't realize we got so many gifts so here I was making rounds bringing everything inside.

@Wulf insisted in helping and so brought in All the drinks into the garage which really helped cause god damn my back is killing me even now still.

Your toast was amazing, thank you for being such a huge support in all of this.

@Wulf for being an amazing support as well; it's been a little nerve wrecking the last week leading up to the wedding but she was with me Every day and night being my moral support

It just feels so tense living here. Very divided state.

I can’t deal with work today. Since I work at the base clinic and it’s all anyone wants to talk about. My boss sent me to a morning meeting I normally only go to if he’s out. When they started talking about it a girl next to me fainted. I was too busy trying to tune the world out that I didn’t even help her.

Take a few days off if you can. It takes some time to process.

I was in the vicinity of a drive-by shooting a few years ago. On my block, it woke me up from bed. Nobody I knew, and nothing for me to do but watch the cops and paramedics do their job. A friend who lived a few blocks over wanted to gossip about it and I had to shut that down--a little bit of proximity completely changes the experience. It took a few days; maybe a week for my nerves to settle and I still don't talk about it much.

 

Pups are back home with us so definitely feels like Home again!
