The primary motivator for this is that a.) We've wanted a wider bed for awhile, we both like to roll around in our sleep and

b.) Daughter has been sick the last few days and wanted to sleep in our bed last night, so we allowed it and I basically had to sleep with half my body off the side the entire night lol. It's time for a bigger mattress

Trying to find torque specs, I am stuck at Step 1. What kind of wrench do they say I need?

Whatever it is, make sure it's a wrench no one's ever used before or else you'll get called out on it.

They used to be cheaper. I can't recall the names of the other brands. We bought our king for $60 used :anonymous: it was in a guest room at some friends summer cabin.

I’ve had purple, Casper and leesa. Leesa best hands down imo. Lost that to an ex. Still pissed about that. Cheaped out on the Casper. It’s ehh. Got it for $570 at Costco so it was worth the try. All queens.

That is inexpensive in my book. I bought a new, quality, full mattress right before the start of covid and it was 2200 before taxes if I remember correctly. Somewhere over 2k for sure.

I knew I had to grow up and do it but God it hurt.. I've paid less for most of the vehicles in my life lol

Long story short, a preexisting injury makes it such that my arm starts pins and needles within 20 minutes of laying on my back with a cheap mattress. I went to mattress firm told him I'm absolutely going to lay on every bed for a maximum of 20min.

I told myself I needed a good bed and convinced myself I didnt care what the price was .. even refused to look at the tags while I test slept em. I was there for 6+ hrs before settling on the final one that didn't make my arm go numb. I really hated the fact I told the guy money was no option if he let me be there all day

FWIW I went a Wink. I had some of the cheaper ones that were all foam before that. Worth it. And versus others still not $$$. and you get pocketed coils and memory top.
