Ha, it's 46° inside. Don't think a candle is going to help. I have a couple of space heaters going. As long as I stay within 5' of them I'm fine.

Man, that sourdough starter is strong as hell

Unwrapped it to feed it and that smell of alcohol hits you hard

This thing might not be fancy enough. I'm not seeing any lights.

Check the manual for the procedure to check but you have a Last Error button and a status LED I'm sure that will tell you whats wrong

Sometimes there will be a little window in the panel positioned right in front of that status LED so it can be checked without removing the panel and engaging any lockouts.

Not sure if yours has that or not, though. Regardless, sorry about the run of bad appliance luck!

I'm in damage control mode after losing all my strength hahaha :homer:. I can still max 135-155ish squat/bench but am below that for for reps. RDL is decent and I can probably get back to 225 without a ton of work but building muscle is definitely way harder to do when I also am trying to drop another 30-50lb. Pretty low numbers for someone my size but hopefully enough to be able to wrench and deal with shit in the shop and on the trail if I need to.

Plows are out in formation around Fayetteville. I think this is on I49.

Anyone have a picture with their suspension at full compression? Specifically looking for how high the UCA travels and the margin to the wheel well.

Looks like the had to go deep into the yard to fill out the formation. I wonder what those trucks do for a day job.

Hey, good on you for getting back at it! That’s awesome! It’s never fun to start over again, but it sounds like you’re doing it and seeing improvement. If you’re trying to drop some body fat, it’s even tougher, for sure.

I’m finally to a place where I can move weights that seem appropriate for an old guy my size, which is cool. But I 100% took advantage of the ‘getting strong’ phase and now I’m more fluffy than I’d like to be. Hoping to drop some fat over the next six months, but dreading feeling shitty and weak while I slog through it. So, I’ll be right there with you! Good luck!

Did not know that. I’ll have to check it out. I have two pairs of Rogue 55lb training plates and love them for pulls.

Depends on the arms, there is no clearance for SPCs, they'll scrape the top of the fender well and puncture it with the grease zerk
