    I recommend a 60gal 1 phase 220v at a minimum for shop use.

Yep. Most plasma cfm usage is 4 to 8. My miller375 minimum requirement is 4.5

    Yep!

You could cheat and run the minimum, or just a hair less (if you don't want to cut at your plasma cutter's capacity) but who would be dumb enough to do that?

Thickest I've cut is 1/2" but the machine is rated for 7/8". Can't imagine having to cut nearly an inch thick steel from anything.

Since all you fuckers are happy to voice opinions here's a question.

I am looking for a new work truck. So far I have two options that are local and would meet my needs.

    Option 1: 2013 Tundra auto 4X 5.7L w/21K. Dealer hasn't priced it yet but I'm betting at least $25K.

Option 2: 2001 Tundra auto 4x 4.7L w/203K. Timing belt done at 189K. Dealer priced it at $6K.

    What would you choose?

For a work truck I'd go with the 01

If needed for personal & family transport I'd probably do the '13 assuming both are quad cab or whatever they call the Tundras

I dunno if it helps but I knew a guy who has used his 1st gen tundra as a contractor pulling a trailer full of tools or a jeep on it. Last I knew he was at 350k on the original drivetrain
