I think for me it’s just Nostalgia. I grew up with American Cheese. McDonalds, In-n-Out, those sandwiches my mom would make. Always American Cheese.

You’re right, it’s an amalgam of chemicals, oils, and god knows what — but hell. It’s good. It’s like McNuggets, it’s all mechanically separated meat like tendons, intestines, etc. but people still eat and enjoy it (including me)

 

Sugar momma's are nice............. I know.

 

McNugs are actually some of the best things availible ad McDs, even the chicken is decent quality, it just happens to be separated and molded into weird shapes. But the actual ingredients were proven by a third party to be top shelf shit

I don't eat at McDs hardly ever, same with In n Out hell even Burger King is super rare. I'll have Wendy's once in a while, but my goto fast food is subway

 

I have a Subway on the first floor. I have to walk by them in the morning when they bake the bread.

 

Subway or Sonic for me

 

i'll eat a fry from mcdonalds. thats it... and thats not super common.

im usually eating a home cooked meal or getting rosattis pizza on my lunch with the occasional schoops (local restaurants around here.)

 

i have to drive 30 minutes for sonic. i like sonic too.

 

They have some good breads and some eh, their flatbread a just wrong. But I like some herb and cheese Italian

We have Rosatti's here too, might be different chains

 

really they've gotten that big? damn. Its walking distance from the dealer so i go there for lunch a bit.. 5 bucks for giant slices or 1 slice and a pop (soda for you weird folks)

we dont have in n out. ive had it once. i dont see what all the hype is about. I'm a huge fan of schoops.. but thats just in chicago land

 

I like an in and out burger now and then, but the fries are fucked no matter how you ask them to cook em. They have good shakes at least

 

its hard to beat pizza for the price. my favorite pizza is a local join called Romanos. My favorite deep dish pizzas are from lou malnati's in the city..
