Dude, every one of these things comes with 2 or 3 and I toss them in a drawer.

They're good to weld to junk sockets or the like for random hard to reach hardware

My coworkers threw us a party last night.

 

Looks like someone diyed a knob and tube replacement and didn’t have any desire to be neat.

It was a really cool house but it needed about 50k of work and time

Gfs rent is getting jacked up several hundred bucks unless she renewed early, and her house isn’t worth that. So she is gonna try to buy one since the market is cooling off.


I’m staying put for now, shes still coming off of a divorce and an abusive ex so I’m giving her space. Worst case, we end up owning 2 houses.
