Its crazy NOAA is now calling for over 100 inches of snow over Echo and Donner summit in the next few day. No one from Sacramento or the Bay is going to be able to get up here.

You're right about that! Regretfully(and thankfully I guess) our corporate overlords got tired of how thin our margin line was and sold the company back to my current owner, the man who started the company in his garage 20 some odd years ago.

Our poor organization is because he HAS to be in control of everything and he's a 75yr old man who just can't keep track of everything like he used to. Love the guy like my own grandfather but HOT DAMN is it annoying to know what needs to be done, be able to do those things, but can't cause no one is allowed to do anything which involves money but him. So parts don't get ordered in time and blah blah blah.

It'll all change when his daughter forces him to retire and the wife and I get put in complete control of production

 

Agreed that's the cheapest of shots and there is a lot of cheap shots in that video. Did you take any notes?
