I've been wanting to get into locking picking for the longest time, I've avoided it by just watching this guy trash talk Masterlock

Those guys know exactly the amount of tension to apply to that wrench; that takes a long time to figure out especially if said lock has a dead core or not.

Tolerances (or lack thereof) will determine how easy said lock is to pick as well.

Because Master Lock has such a wide variety, they make excellent training locks for everyone.

I though they might have and I missed it. I kind of feel weird using the MIL discount since I did not earn it.

Trans installed... when the FSM says "more than 17.95mm" they really mean literally any number over 17.95. Throw in some shaft play and measuring the same spot around the torque converter mounts is pretty inconsistent as well.

Now to benchpress the transfer case in because the 2K lb HF jack could barely hold up the A340F alone.

I'm fucking sold already. It's one of those hobbies that don't take alot of space, and the missus 1000x prefers when I pursue those endeavors :anonymous:

I've been patching that rotted out fence for years so now we don't have to worry about it. FiL brought a trailer full of material so we got to it. Retaining wall was a bonus but each block weighs 60#. Pain in the ass to do but worth it. A few more things to do and the backyard will be quite the oasis! On a serious note, of a friend asks help to build a fence, just say no.

Went for a paddle with the gf today - saw bald eagles, had an asian carp jump in my boat and then went to a winery with other paddlers for live music and weird but delicious wine slushees. Not a bad day at all.

I'll let you know how those shims work; I'll need to find some locks to try them on though :anonymous:
