Yeah, so far doesn’t seem to have a tenant. I’ve seen people come look at it during the day, but guessing the house just isn’t worth that.

yeah, 2 car garage.


I’m actually about to close on a house and my mortgage is going to be around $1700. I wonder what they’ll be able to rent this place for after I’m out.

 

I agree with the attitude, that's why I always did the same thing and went north. The closer you get to Santa Monica the worse it is.

I was just fucking around with you. The fence looks great! I know how much work those retaining wall blocks are too.

 

If only we could count the number of people who clogged their arteries with bacon fat

Those blocks are a pain in the ass for sure. We have some dirt to fill along the fence. I'm beat and just wanna say drink in the yard instead lol

@CS_AR we ended up getting a spot at the Richland Creek campground. A family was just leaving after having lunch when we pulled up. It wasn’t too crowded or obnoxious: there was a woman singing along to pop punk hits, but at least she played a Portishead song and had some sense of pitch and tone.

We hiked out to Richland Falls where availed ourselves of the amole swimming area. The next day we went to Pedestal Rocks, then bushwhacked down to Little Cow Creek before heading home.

 

Looks like a great weekend. Glad you got a spot at Richland. So that's Pedestal Rocks. I drive by these areas but have yet to stop. Bucket list items. Thank you for sharing.

Been really cool here this weekend, even rained this morning. Just saw a long range summer forecast and they're saying we're going to have a much cooler than average summer this year, thank the gods

 

Someone is loving her worm moose! It's been cold and rainy all weekend.

 

Last weekend was hooot but it suddenly cooled down quite a bit.

Came to see my BIL/SIL gender reveal where we did our 3D ultrasound and I remember it being cool in here.
