Oh for sure. No argument there. It's time for the Thelma and Louise solution for me when they tell me I can no longer have my breads and pastas.

 

The field behind it is my uncles and the shop keeping another neighbor away is nice too

 

I think I could cut out pasta, if a bit begrudgingly, but I love bread and wouldn't want to live without.

Unfortunately, they already did. Used to be a nice place to live. Now it's SoCal 20 years ago with modern day SoCal pricing. Used to be able to ski or snowboard every day on the cheap. Those days are long gone. Global warming took all of the water. Glad it wasn't the 2+ million mooks that moved into the second driest state. Yeah, kinda bitter about it.

Might be enough room for your extra shocks?

If the foundation and slab is already poured for the shop and you could get them to buy the trusses (they usually come included in the steel package), I would probably offer them -10k. If they'll assemble it, +5k.

 

I spent a lot of time in Utah from 98 to 2002. Allover the state from St George to Logan. I loved working there, people have a great work ethic in Utah.
Big Colorado ski companys like Altera and Vail are what killed cheap skiing and snowboarding just like here in Tahoe.
