wonder what happened to that thread on here with the live feed of that TX restaurant where people try to eat a 5lb steak and potatoes in under an hour

I'm not even sure I eat 5lbs of food in 5 days

I think crankshaft position sensor is the only thing that could cause my intermittent bog/ die outs of the truck. Going to try tps this evening and return that chinesium maf sensor

do you have a scan tool? Should be able to get a reading on the TPS and see what its doing

 

I've got a spare CPS I'll send ya. I would think you'd get a code for that dropping out TBH though

 

72oz steak, but if I remember right you have to do the potatoes as well and it comes with bread/salad but not sure if you have to finish all that too.

 

It's a 5lb steak with a side of potatos, salad, and a roll, you must eat it all

 

Well I could do the steak and potatoes but I refuse to eat salad and the bread will kill me so guess I'm out lol

 

If I ate that much meat in an hour I'd be paying for it the rest of my life probably, but forcing down potatoes and bread with it just seems sadistic

 

I have my obd 2 reader coming in tomorrow thankfully if this does not do it.

It is a weird one because no flashes of the check engine light when it happens. I made sure the light works too when i unplugged the maf to test. I'm hopeful if you feel it would've caused a code, that tps is my issue. The truck just starts surging at 3k or above then i get a dead zone in the pedal, soon as i pull the pedal back it snaps alive.
