She is loving grabbing my shirts. Make me glad I don't have a beard or long hair.

Yeah, I offered him 22.5. If he comes down to that I'll buy it.

@Speedytech7 @Kwikvette This is a recent retro build I did. AT mobo with a Pentium 133. Painted in mint green since it's my favorite Cruiser color.PXL_20210510_010247133.jpg

I love the 60 headlights, not a huge fan of 62 headlights, but I like the quad headlights from the 62 on the early 80

I saw a bad accident on 49 today too. That first one looks like the hulk the the car on the roof, like how does that happen?

The quad headlights is what I was referring to yeah; that was a Euro thing right?

I've seen those setups sell for over $1k for US guys

62 series have quad lights by default, 60 series have 7" round lights, 80 series had a whole bunch of headlight options including quads depending on year and market.... the cheapo Venezuelan 80s are the best place to harvest quads, have some in my parts shelf somewhere

Now that they're seen as a supposedly high-value commodity, a lot of the community is just whining and arguing about asking prices and people worrying about their LC's value. I imagine back in the 2010s when they were just cheap off-road beaters, the community was more enjoyable.

Not me! My family grew up with them. We have 9 Cruisers total. When I was in college I worked at Custom Cruisers FJ40 in Gilroy, CA. 5 FJ40's, 2 FJ62's, a 100 and a 200.

EDIT: I love Tacoma's, yes, but Cruiser's own my heart

I looked at a 60 that came up for sale down the road. The body and interior were clean, but the frame was a little crusty. It was way thicker than a Tacoma frame though, so I'm sire it still had a lot of years left on it.

Also, this thing really smelled like gas around the bonnet and undercarriage. Must be cause of the carb. Holley sniper EFI conversion and an H55f seem like essential mods on one of those. I'd still consider one if they weren't so expensive just cause they're the last manual Land Cruiser in North America and the styling is so iconic.

    Everything but the driveshaft. B03A - 410
The F150 lost control on a city street, then bounced off two other cars before driving into a yard the sent him flying through the air and into the Ferrari garage. Two other cars has been totaled before the house stopped him.
