    The generator makes it doable 100%
    I've got a gas fireplace for heat during the winter.

    You almost can't evacuate anymore - between roadways being clogged/so many people trying to leave and the general shape of FL = makes it hard to get out safely any more.

    Yeah I have gas as well and it's certainly an asset at times. I wonder what a full evacuation would be like here too to be honest. I've seen the footage when they reverse the roads in FL and I just can't imagine any of that would go smoothly up here haha. I don't want to find out either!

    Let cool for 5 minutes then depan and let it cool longer on the rack so you don't get a soggy bottom

    Definitely have to let it cool completely before you wrap it up in plastic though
