Yeah I'm going to check a V60 T5. They're great machines and you can get some decent ones for a song now. We'll see how it goes.

I'm guessing it does but I honestly do not know. If/when we rebuild them then we will know.

Might want to ask turbo about his. The only difference between his and mine is his do not have the compression adjusters.

I also got to drive a Rivian quad motor... And that I almost committed to. It definitely talked me out of buying a Bronco at least.

I'd go Bronco over Rivian at this point. My neighbor bought an R1S and thought it was going to replace his Suburban...he ended up keeping both. A 2 door Bronco is a pretty good thing.

I was cross shopping the R1T and Bronco Raptor. The bronco looked dumb, but otherwise checked all the right boxes, the R1T introduced this other set of boxes I didn't know existed... So I got a new Tundra instead as I know I won't destroy it, won't need to sell any toys, won't displace any toys, and will probably get my money back lol

I mean it's a damn sound decision if a full size ticks all the boxes versus those other two. A Raptor anything seems cool on the surface but eh. Even a Sequoia could be better than the Riv/Bronco.
New Cruiser(Prado) should throw a nice wrench in the gears for future people making those decisions. At least we all still have options.

Possibly, the Raptor stuff is basically a(basic) long travel Tundra, the bronco raptor fit a kinda unique slot imo, but a Rivian quad motor is on a pedastel for me.

Fortunately they have reliability problems lol. But having a 3 in lift or 2 in lower on a button is amazing. And 1100 horsepower??? It would have displaced my off-road truck, daily, and sports car, but I'd never go on another cross country road trip lol

Raptor stuff is super niche. I get it, but also the money in versus the fun had is off-balance for me since you're mostly gonna have them on road.
I could get a Grenadier for less than either. Same with a 24 GX. I don't think Rivian is mature enough for a sole vehicle. For me anyway. But what do I know, I'm tryin to buy another wagon haha.
TBH I just can't get down with electric at this point.

Agree, I meant fortunately I didn't get one as they have reliability issues.

but the performance was unreal to me, the COG was lower than a mkv supra, and 4x the power!

on paper its by far the most powerful and lowest COG vehicle I've ever driven so theres that...

and I've driven a few performance cars, and almost the full raptor lineup, plenty of performance sxs, liter bikes etc,

the Rivian was a vehicle that could put a smile on your face in nearly every operational scenario
