Shit, I'm a sciatic nerve disaster. Sorry man, that shit is no fun. There is one good thing about it for me, the more active I am, the less intense the flare ups are. Doing one thing repeatedly causes issues though. But I'm old AF.

 

Shit; I don't wish this sort of back pain on even my worst enemy.

It's so disabling, literally.

I stretch each and every morning, and a few random times during the day to help with flare ups.

I find that it hits me hardest when I reach up for an extended amount of time IE I couldn't even stand up the day after I installed my neighbor's ceiling fans for him.

But yea, it sucks.

Worst part is I'm old but not that old. Been dealing with this for a good 15 years but it got at its worst just some 3 years ago.
