    @Speedytech7 @treyus30

    Didn't want to shit up the standalone ECU thread -- is there a budget friendly standalone wideband sensor + gauge y'all recommend?

    I think the AEM UEGO is still the best all in one gauge solution for AFR only. The innovate ones are more fragile it seems and often end up broken

    word, that was the one I was considering after looking at the $90 eBay ones.

    I can't leave well enough alone and want to dial in my tuning on propane to squeeze every anemic hrspr I can out of the ol 22R lol

    every time I get in the Tacoma I get a chuckle because the AEM gauge reads "P00" when it starts up

    Propane has a stoich of 15.5 so shouldn't be uber hard to dial in

    Any name brand one, ya (I swore off Innovate Motorsports though). The genuine Bosch sensors are like $60-$80 by themselves if that tells you anything

    yeaaa

    plus there's only a handful of things I can adjust on the propane setup. Idle mix, WOT mix, timing...

    I just can't seem to strike a good balance between power and economy by drive tuning it blindly lol

    Yeah it's tough with propane because it gives almost no smell cues or color to the exhaust. Shoot for like a 14.1ish at WOT with higher RPM... you can lean it if you have no ping or heat issues. Idle anywhere from 15.5 to 16.6, whatever in that range makes it happiest. Make sure you have no exhaust leaks before the sensor, sensors only measure air... so adding extra air is gonna be a bad time

    Is it just me or do the cold sides look really small for a compound setup?

    Maybe a little but might be right for a stoker 3.2 or whatever that 2J is supposed to be, the split in sizes grows as you decrease effective range and increase maximum horsepower.
