Yes and no. The whole point of a stealth aircraft is to not be seen. And it's not like putting an air tag is ok. Remember the story of how they found where Americans were in Afghanistan by using the Fitbit app? This is an extremely rare situation and luckily it went down in an area that didn't hurt anyone. Having to search for your jet is better alternative than the headline of a family getting killed by an F35 mishap. Good news is they found the debris field and can secure it. Spent too much time on ADS-B exchange seeing where our assets were looking.

I'll see about testing it tomorrow as the divided circuit part of the module is separate from the raw voltage side

Gotta be embarrassing for that pilot though, doesn't even have a good story.

Pilot: Oh yeah, I ejected from my craft.
Others: Must've been a scary dogfight
    Pilot: nooooottttt reeeaaaalllllllyy
Others: well flying on deployment must be intense either way
    Pilot: I wouldn't know...

Says it was a training flight, maybe he thought he was ejecting a cassette tape when he pulled the handle

Smoke in the cabin, loss of oil pressure, stick inputs didn't impact the jet, lots of reasonable reasons to punch out. Remains to be seen what really happened, at least the narrative they feed us. It's far from the first jet to have been headed to the dirt, pilot ejected and plane recovered and kept flying.

Now that I have 96GB of RAM, idk what to do with it. Most I ever had before was 24 and I was running 2 VMs off it at the same time

Well hopefully this is more of a deterrent to porch plant smashing kids now. Just need to make sure the flood lights aren't gonna light up the entire neighborhood once it gets dark

Could sit on the chair outside as a scarecrow and pretend to be a Halloween decoration

Then something mysteriously happens if one of those punks shows up and a lesson is learned :anonymous:

My work computer is an old Dell ProEdge server tower that used to host our VMWare VSphere, I've got 512gb and its enough ram that you can get certain poorly written programs to have buffer issues. I like using lightroom and photoshop on it though, 32 cores, 512gb of ram, and a single GTX980 that I found in a donated machine makes for a pretty good machine even if it is 8 year old architecture. The NSP software just straight up breaks on it

Mines a retired VM server. That's pretty light on ram for one of those. Think it supports up to 4tb
