Haha was honestly kinda shocked it still worked. MSI afterburner is supposed to have an overlay too... They might all be negating each other

MSI afterburner is great for tuning fan curves, regardless of whoever made the gpu but unless you're changing anything and saving a new profile it'll run stock

Should check CPU-Z to confirm, and watch your temps for throttling/thermal limiting via HW Monitor

It definitely was able to do that plus temperature limit, frequency, and voltage. Idk if there's anything better these days but that's the one I settled on back in the day since it seemed to actually do what it was supposed to

Yep, MSI software is still the go to for that

But again, HW Monitor to see if you do hit those thresholds

I barely push anything even at ultra settings on any game; I really need to step up the resolution :anonymous:

    Oh same

The whole warzone shit with the AI was fun for a tiny bit, but I couldn't get into it to keep playing so I stopped altogether

Played Diablo 4 and quickly moved up but I stopped playing some weeks ago as well

    Screenshot040.jpg

Was a little too easy eating people up in PvP and they'd just leave the map

    That's really good to hear.

I'm anxiously waiting for the new GTA as there's a lot of development in their npc's AI.

Hearing more good than bad about Starfield which is nice too.

Why in the world would they make a new GTA game. They're not done milking the ever living fuck out of five yet. You don't kill the cash cow, they've entirely ruined multiplayer mode and it's still generating heavy revenue.

I loved the single player mode between Trevor (Philips Industries lol), Franklin, and Michael.

The multiplayer? I never tried it; watched too many dumb videos of people doing stupid shit on it to stay off.

It makes that much money huh?

I'm glad I never cared for the elder scrolls franchise cause I'd be pissed about never getting a new damn game. I'm a little salty that the fallout franchise has fallen so far though. Four was so hard to enjoy that I never even tried 76. Maybe some day.

I don't know what I was playing, but I never got into Fallout. Not because it didn't look good, but I was on another game(s).

Hell even my old co worker (good 20+ years older) played it a lot but never knew what one.

What's the 'best' title from the series?

I still think the best title from the series is Fallout 3, with all the DLC it was absolutely huge and it really felt like you were immersed in the world the more you played. There's just so many nuggets of content and little jokes and ways to bring you into the world. A lot of people argue it's successor fallout New Vegas is the best title, and I will say it's a really good one too... But it has way less content and the story isn't very long or compelling. It just has a more bright world and a slightly updated engine... And people seem to really like the desert setting. Fallout 3 is set in Washington DC, I think it's pretty obvious where New Vegas is set. I'd still play both but I would play fallout 3 first
