Could be, some of those rocks look to have sharp edges so I wouldn't want to be going "at a good pace"

Tonight's 45 minute toddler screamfest meltdown brought to you by a 3.5 yr old that insisted on being able to eat her dinner while sitting on the toilet

Efficiency at such a young age is commendable

You prepared for the jealousy meltdowns... attention, toys, Dex, etc when there's another kiddo in the house?

Real talk; how the heck do people have any time at all working a full time job and actually taking care of a young one?

Like damn I have all day every day avaliable and maybe 90% of it is spent with the little dude; even comes with me on errands I run when the wife's working.

Only cause he's napping right now I'm playing Starfield.

And to piggyback on this, @Tour991 and I were talking earlier about it being tough.

You got the lazy parents that just hand their kid a cell phone or tablet; the ones that say it's hard are those actually putting the time in.

@eon_blue I even told James how when we all went out to eat, that table near us had a fussy ass kid on a phone playing games and still being a little shit. And Sofia was chill as heck just coloring at the table.

I mean I figured as much, but a small mental break is greatly needed even if just for an hour. Guess that's where in-laws come in.

My breaks are at night when they're all passed out :burp:

Gf has two kids that are very well behaved most of the time. She works full time, but gets a lot of help from her parents. She might also be superhuman.

Also works hard to keep them limited on screen time. Definitely a bit of an uphill battle these days

It's gotta be real difficult for a lot of families that have 2 parents going into the office/work everyday for sure. Daily daycare is crazy expensive. We're fortunate Rebecca has her own business and at this point it mostly runs itself without her needing to be there. When she and I first met she was still teaching most of the classes on her studio's schedule lol.

But that's also why when I am home I'm pretty much 100% on child duty since she's on it when I'm at work, definitely doesn't leave a lot of time for other stuff. But they won't be little and this needy forever

And that's what I'm saying; it's tough, but only if you're actually putting the effort in. Mentally exhausting really like dang dude, you're only 5 months old but tiring my ass out :bananadead:

It's awesome, feeling wanted/needed but at times you're like "dude mom's with you"

He laid on my chest and passed out; gave him to Stephanie and he literally kept sitting up and crying for me. Grab him again and he knocks out again
