It auto levelled once we got rolling. Tows really nice actually. Tracks straight, no sway, Gets 16mpg and stops fine. Wish I knew how to use the trailer brake controller but not in the mood to figure it out right now.

 

Trailer brake controller only works on trailers with electric brakes. U-Hauls have a horrible thing called surge brakes that just do their own thing whenever the fuck they want and probably don't work anyway.

 

I bet whoever did that was proud of those welds

Well that's a new one I don't think I've ever seen the entire spindle and brake fall off

 

Anyone else get these? This is the third time in the last 6 months. The GX gets daily duties and the Taco gets very little use (less than 250 miles per year), so the Taco just sits in front of the house most of the year. The crazy part for me is that all the notes have been from different people and phone numbers.

 

The day from hell. is uhaul bringing another?
