Yeah but I think when we came in a couple weeks ago it was already on the mend, they weren't too concerned with it and just gave him some canine ibuprofen. I think we caught it a little late but luckily it didn't get bad.

Really only kept this follow up because of the rubber pellet incident last weekend that messed his stomach up earlier this week, but that seems to have gone away too luckily

    Yup!
Been there - the factory tour was really cool; but they didn't let you take your phones; real serious about the no/photos stuffs.

Glad you had a good time!

One made for mock-up, and if no adjustments then I can make the remainder

Having regulars is the best. They help fund your business. If it wasn't for Dan I wouldn't have been able to buy so many part-outs.

@Speedytech7 you'll laugh at this: AMG encountered a new problem yesterday. Since I left the under trays off so I could inspect everything after putting some miles on the car... The inner fender liner on the driver's side was pushed into the tire by the wind and got ripped off. Hell of a noise. Luckily a pair of new liners is $55 from car parts dot com. Just a never ending thing at this point. Still need to do the power steering pump on it as it is only getting louder and louder.

And really the best part about this is, I have two regulars that often need stuff out of 16 gauge.

    Both local guys too.

That piece I posted is a co2 canister holder, and he'll need 4 total along with 'bottom's for the canisters to sit back against.

I'm pretty sure he'll want 'arms' to connect between all the parts but he hasn't brought that up yet.

Making parts like these takes very little steel and I charge between $40-60 for a set of small parts.

In turn, $40 buys me 4-6 times as much steel as it took to make those -

    20231026_162241.jpg

I can use the remainder for more of his jobs, or jobs for others, or even myself.

Having scrap left over too allows me to make a mock up of something as needed before final run.
