Thanks for the info. I fully understand the expense and work associated with hosting an event. One thing that I've learned and appreciate about the TLCA is there is no cost to form a chapter. It just needs to maintain a good membership level. The area where TLCA is a huge benefit is with providing event insurance. I fully understand the cost associated with insuring an event with say 150 people for just a few hours.

A couple of years ago, we replaced an 80 series fuel pump on the trail. I'm glad that I was carrying one both 80 and 100 share the same pump.

Holy crap, people not using turn signals, going from turning left at an intersection (red for them) to taking off speeding and jumping 3 lanes to turn right, old people driving slow AF, morning drivers are the worst.

    So not used to this.

Had to take Biscuit to the vet this morning.

Nice work! I swear the heater in the Tacoma is the best of anything I've owned, hell of a blast furnace. I usually crack a window for the fresh air and can't leave it on the full temp for long, let alone ever use the full blast fans.
Thanks, I will have to add that to my kindle to read! Sounds like my kind of book. There was one of a guy who lived in isolation in a fire lookout in New Mexico that was a great read, sadly the title slips my mind.
That's the post COVID norm it seems these days. I love driving but sure don't miss it now that I don't have a commute. Hope the pups ok.

She's good, as far as we can tell.

Last week she pooped in the house, and she never does that as she goes to the slider to let us know when she needs to go out. She had diarrhea so we paid close attention and came to the conclusion it was a bad batch of food (over the course of 3-4 days).

Got a new bag sent but while we waited I bought some locally and her poop was normal again until she threw up yesterday so I figured why wait and guess.

Her activity though and everything else is 100% normal so I'm really thinking it was just had food we got.

Got it from Chewy, and it's the Buffalo stuff she's been eating since she was a puppy.

She doesn't eat table scraps but I do mix in blueberries and other things that are healthy for them to eat.

Bronx isn't affected at all (they eat separate foods).

Bronx and Biscuit are just waiting for Theo to become a food tornado toddler so they can get in the path of destruction and help "clean up"

I don't know about that, Dex will eat anything. Twice now he's managed to find a half eaten burrito on the side of the road on our walks, I don't know why it's always a burrito and who is throwing out a half eaten burrito in the first place

We usually do Santa Cruz for xmas because it's easier for Rebecca's mom, dad, aunt and uncle to get there. But as much as I love central coast/Aptos area, it's a hell of a drive for us with just Sofia and now that we have River too, we straight up told them they are getting their retired asses down to us for a change.

Seems like it, I'm still waiting to see what the weather guy says that I normally follow. He's been saying there will be a big storm around xmas but hasn't officially laid out how big it will be for the area.

It's the only reason I'd want to have a huge house one day if we are ever lucky enough to be able to swing it. If you're the one with the ability to have everyone over, then you don't have to do all the pain in the ass holiday traveling....they do.
