Funny story at my expense... So I am into birding. I think birds are rather fascinating and beautiful to watch. The girl I've been talking to is the same way so we loaded up and we're gonna go along the river to see what we can across. Sure as shit a whole flock of quail flew in front of the van and got at least one of them in the grill talk about bad timing.

 

Oooof...the real tragedy is if you didn't find those quail eggs left behind

 

@Ozark_RegCab Hey I found this picture from a Bentonville accident. A WM exec moved in from CA and bought a red Ferrari. Then a kid in an F150 lost control and crash landed in his garage.

That would be a hell of a sight to see when you get home from work. It also did some structural damage to the house.

So, I have never heard of this before but uhm...?

During some errands I picked up some meds and the tech looked at Theo in awe, cause he's so chill. I mentioned to her he doesn't even cry with strangers or get fussy at all really.

"Ooooh you're so calm! Are you a COVID baby?"

The heck does that mean? It's the second time I've heard it when they see his chill and playful demeanor.

 

Covid baby, born during the lockdowns...he's obviously not 3 - 4 years old so I dunno why they'd say that lol.

I always took that phrase to mean kids that are more shy or awkward around strangers, because they weren't able to socialize much outside of immediate family during the first year of lockdowns and people really avoiding social interactions.

I would only call babies born during 2020 to maybe 2022 "covid" babies, but maybe they have a different definition.

 

Okay see, if this wasn't the second time I've heard of the phrase, I assumed just what you said.

But Theo doesn't look to be two or three years old so I'm not sure why she said that?

Yeah I can't imagine why, for the most part life has been back to normal for the last year and a half or so

Sofia is a covid baby but born right before it all started.... I think the true covid babies were those that were born during the height of lockdown, where even the father couldn't be in the room while the baby was born in some strict regions
