kind of funny that Louisiana Hot Sauce is so popular everywhere but Louisiana lol

and can confirm, Tapatio is my go to. If not available then Cholula, or Franks

How bad do you think the Heinz hot sauce is... German name, I have German family they haven't a clue what spicy food even is.

I thought it was an interesting data set.
    Louisiana. Texas. South Dakota. Etc.
    Tabasco having a small footprint.

I didn't even know Heinz made a hot sauce, don't know that I've ever had it

tbh I really like most fast food hot sauces, I don't know why but they're always good lol. Whenever someone at work leaves extras in the break room I always snag them. I think they actually hide them from me now.

Personally I use mostly Tabasco. They have tons of flavors that aren't sold in typical grocery.
    Garlic pepper. Habanero. Chipotle.
I get them from restaurant supplier.

Tabasco is weird, I don't care for it much. Like it's just a sharp spicy kick to your taste buds without much in the way of flavor

I like hot food and hot hot sauces, so Tabasco doesn't usually scratch the itch but I will agree that at least the taste profile is decent. I've never ruined anything by putting Tabasco on it.

When I was 19 or so we went to a Dennys before going into Warped Tour in 2004 or around there. A Tabasco chugging contest ensued and we had a tiny little Hispanic girl in our group that chugged 4 bottles of the stuff and kicked everyone's ass. I've always wondered what it was like for her later that day/next day though, kind of don't want to know

This one gets the most usage during prep/cooking

My culture leans into spices pretty hard. I'm too Americanized to fully embrace it, though.

See if that was me, it would seriously upset my guts about 5mins before explosion... but that's it. During the chugging and 5-8hrs after I'd feel and notice nothing haha.

goddamnit, someone gave the owner of the company Admin viewing privileges to our company website and he's losing his mind. We deliberately only gave him Customer viewing privileges years ago after the site was created so he'd only see what our customers see. The Admin view is understandably much less refined, but he has no clue why and is going apeshit on me via email right now.

I need to find whoever the fuck gave him an admin login and ask wtf they were thinking

Haha, I've had this exact issue for years. They see the things I have staged for release or the style changes I am trying and think it is live... like no get out of my view and go to the website you'll see it is normal. It's like having them in your office rifling through your desk otherwise. I always change the admin credentials after they ask me to give them access, like two days later.

The funny thing is, all the complaints he has about Admin View are totally not my responsibility, I don't design the site nor do I control the backend. I just upload the images I shoot and edit which immediately make styles go Live on customer view. In admin view, he's seeing all the stuff that isn't live but has spots held in the format for when my images go up. "Placeholder" images get put in by the web dev team which are usually shitty cell phone ones our designers take on a mannequin, and that's what he's pissed about.

But he has zero clue what we all actually do here and unfortunately I'm in his targets over it....I carefully drafted a reply and had a few other people look at it and sent it to him, here's hoping I don't get fired lol.

but yea your metaphor is spot on, it reminds me of the time he was hovering over my shoulder some years ago while I was editing images for our Lookbook that year. I was creating a Liquify mask in Photoshop which looks like you're painting over the image with a red brush to someone who has no idea what Photoshop or masking is. He went crazy asking me what the hell I was doing, and I was not in the mood to try and explain what masking in photoshop is to a 70 year old so I just told him to watch as I quickly finished it and he was happy.

Thankfully he resides in the UK now and has limited time he can be legally be here in the US, so I don't have to deal with him in person much anymore
