Thank you for snapping me back to reality

It was t boned right on the axle so I don't have think they can question that being bent which it is anyway because of tire wear and leaking axle seal

...So far I've just added dents to already dented panels and abused a 280k mile truck from Wisconsin with rot and has a bad 4l60

The entire dash did the 2nd gen Dodge thing and it smells inside from a leaky windshield

You could have just said "No" instead of trying to justify it.

"Yes I don't have the money and assume that if I ruin it further they won't notice. There's never been a case of someone flaunting this on TW before and getting caught so what's the big deal" is all I read. You have heard of James yeah?

The release of not giving a fuck even if it's about something worthless is worth more to me than the 1400 bucks I don't need and don't think I won't get anyway but won't cry about not getting if in fact I don't

Both actually... So far they've seen 3 pictures of the damage to the tire, beside, and door

Than figured it was totaled based on the value of the vehicle attached to the vin

They haven't seen any other photos or physically been in on or around it

Just finished installing a performance downpipe and intake on a Subaru WRX STI and holy fuck I do not get the hype on those things even with the cobb stage 2 plus tune that thing is slow. Don't get me wrong it's a nice car but come on Subaru that's the top of your range that's the best you have the offer? it's weak

You're expecting the grunt of your BMW or my AMG, but you're working with 3/5ths of it. For most guys that's FAST. Subaru feeds in those boys, while us men who know speed, don't buy Subarus.

I changed the motor on a supercharged BRZ when I was like 19

Handled great with some wider stickier tires but was also underwhelmingly slow as shit

I believe it, wouldn't even be a challenge in mine. I thought for sure it would have more in it, I mean even with a few extra PSI it wasn't fast. If it didn't have the tune on it shit... I don't know how anyone would justify it.

they CAN be fast, but honestly they either need more RPM or more ft-lbs earlier... and they just don't, they still aren't built/modded for area under the curve gains and the owners have no clue. subie owners still be like "what stage are you bro?"

I think the close ratio 6 speed was desperately trying to make up for the lack of grunt. But really it just felt like I have to get out of the power early to shift, cause flat shifting a subaru is a recipe for transmission death, and it left no range for the highway, 6th gear was still like 2800-3k at 70ish, that's too high for MPG and they don't rev super far so I've had my legs cut off for fast passing really. I dunno, it's right for someone I get that, and it wasn't "bad" it was just weird for a vehicle that gets so much constant hype... like have any of you Subi folks ridden in something with more than 240 WHP? Putting special badges on it seems like a waste, like upbadging a Kompressor Merc with AMG trim haha. Oh well it has a really expensive downpipe, catback, and intake on it now... so at least it makes little wooshing noises and makes dumb Subaru burble noises now. I just don't understand it when for half the price I could have a much nicer car out of a used 335xi, leave it stock or stock plus a tune, and still make 50% more wheel HP.
