Welp. Dealer says its definetly the caliper that was seized thats making the chirp sound. But the truck brakes as it should so Ive been told not to worry about it for now. They claimed that the one piston that acted up could be requiring some extra brake pressure to move and that could be causing my abnormal pedal feel. I was kinda hoping for a more definite fix, as he kept throwing the word "could" in there but whatever. This little bugger:

why do you have 4.30's? Don't you just have 31's?

 

4.30 is what came stock on the truck. I think they're 31's, they are LT265/75R16

 

I believe that’s closer to 32”

 

Those are like "almost" 32's (31.9") - same size I have.

 

According to my alignment rack when my coopers were new they were roughly 32.1”

And they’re 265/75r16s

 

31s are stock size 265/70r16....32s are 265/75. I went from the former to the latter before going to 33s in 255/85r16.

 

So this girl sends me a picture of her halloween costume and it's the typical low effort cat ears and whiskers. I can't stop staring at the picture because she's got a camel toe.

 

That was a rollercoaster from start to finish.

All this time, I shouldve just driven my 92 pickup and felt its brake pedal. Exact same thing, exact same catch feeling halfway down the stroke. And, it got new oem calipers a few years ago. I aint gonna worry about it anymore.
