    They're very comfortable, it's just a mercedes E-class chassis and trans with a mopar motor. It's my least hated of all their lineup.

    Im sure they are nice cars. I would like a srt8 version. Or a srt8 magnum
    But i only see black people ever drive 300s and they all look like drug dealers...

    Well the tonneau is nice looking at least, without springing for fiberglass sides is a lot of work because you have to basically re-weld most of it back on

    Cant you just bolt the sides on? Wheni looked at the seam in my bed it had holes knocked out for bolts but they welded it

    It’s all pinch and button welded I think. 2nd gens have the bolt on fenders.

    The whole deck of the 5-lug bed including the wheel liners are fubar. It’s beyond repair.

    My plan is to remove the bedsides on the 5-lug bed, and re-weld them to the bed that I have.

    Yes I know it’s hard and yes I’m a stubborn son of a bitch.
