His dog bed got peed on by one of the cats so he refuses to use it lol. Now he's taken up to sleeping on the fancy leather armchair. Getting him to stop was proving futile so I just started putting a blanket on it so he doesnt scratch it

 

My parents always put cardboard on the chairs to keep the dogs off. It was pretty ghetto and annoying to move all the time but it works.

 

yeah I dunno if I'd be able to sell that one lol. Just need to take his dog bed to the laundromat and put in one of those industrial sized machines, it's too big to wash in our home one.

 

I think you just need to accept that its his chair now

 

He does use it more than any of us, it's one of those chairs that looks better than it feels to sit in

@Tour991 they just named Hiller the head coach for next season, a lot of angry comments on the official post lol.

I have mixed feelings I guess, it's not like he did horrible or anything and he did bring the team out of that slump going into the AS break. And he's not one of the dozen or so constantly recycled 60+ yr old head coaches you always see in the league. Which could be good or bad I suppose. I guess we'll see what happens

 

I was just about to tag you in this. I think if they let him have some original ideas and not run the same shit they've been doing he will do good with the players he has.

If he is just a puppet for Blake then it's going to be the same thing next year.

I didn't realize there was a meme describing several of my exs to a T

 

I’ve just come across a possible job opportunity on Admiralty Island near Juneau AK. It’d be logging core for a mining company at a Gold/Silver mine. 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off; I assume 12 hour shifts, possibly overnight. The project will go until the end of the year.

At the same time, I have an offer on the table from the company in Idaho. I think I’ll send them a counter offer since they’re only wanting to pay me 23/hr with a possible raise after 3-6 months. may try to get them to better define what that raise would be, and what metrics I’d have to meet to get it.

 

Traveling sounds awesome, but holy shit the pay is bad.

 

Relocating for a job that only lasts a year sounds asinine.

 

These are getting ridiculous up here. Passed 2 on 1 dirt road today.
