Just took a couple hours. They didn't say I needed to get a rabies shot unless I really wanted to, they only recommend it with wild or stray animal bites. I guess the rabies vaccine has some pretty awful side effects so they only encourage it in those situations.

Sofia is terrified of my arm now

Yeah I hear the side affects can be bad.

oof - I've been between our own two dogs a couple times; hubs got some nasty stitches from one fight; deff really hurts after the adrenaline wears off.

Our one dog has Prozac now and we've worked on things with him. He still gets c*nty - but it's not something easy to trigger and train. His hackles are his tell - he can't hide them even when he's just starting to get upset about whatever...

when I was fostering rescues I was taught to pull apart dog fights by grabbing their hind legs to reduce the chance of catching a bite like that

Nope. Still have the LC100. Just trying to settle on a plan to utilize the LX470 engine, transmission, and transfer case. I'm starting to see guys converting their 80s to run 2UZFEs.

I went cold turkey recently for a few days after years...it wasn't nice.
I do not approve how dependent my body has become.

Are those the parts from the wrecked one? I remember you swapped some stuff over to the new red one...so an 80 conversion would be a side project I'm guessing.

Yes. The wrecked one is sitting in my driveway with a car cover over it. I've been moving misc parts as I have time. This weekend, I moved the door cards and idler pulleys. The LX has been an unresolved thing; I didn't have a plan to conclude it. I didn't want to let go of the best part of it. If I have a plan for the drivetrain, I'll get on with moving or parting out the rest so I can send the body to the scrap yard.

As I investigate, I find a significant difference in LX door panels, handles, and speaker enclosures. On one way, I'm converting the LC into an LX.
