You mean he is making several millions barley playing hockey. I don't hate the guy but the lack of effort drives me crazy.

I think the Calty design team did a nice job of paying homage to Gordon Buehrig's 56 MK II design.

The attic is big enough to turn it into another room...

I don't know where tf the staircase for it would go though lol

we looked at this house down the street from us when it was for sale about a year ago, had an attic converted into a livable floor space and the staircase going to it was behind a tiny little closet, super narrow and practically a ladder/vertical climb. Kinda cool but you know that thing has claimed several broken bones over the years

yeah, though he did look like he did well for the Canadian olympic team this year, which was good for us because it probably helped make him look more appealing on the trade market

He put up 40 points with us which isn't awful but for what he gets paid and what he's capable of when motivated, it's a let down. I do wonder if he would have done better being consistently on the 1st or 2nd line, but there just wasn't a place for him there. Was just a bad fit for the team from the get go

Depends on the celling construction and how much water has been leaking. The insulation will hold alot and it takes awhile for it to start going through the drywall. Plus some paints will hold water awhile before they start to leak. I had one water leak where the laytex paint streched on the ceiling the size of a cantaloupe and no water was coming out it was all trapped.
As far as replacement most residential shops rather sell you a new unit when its 10+ years old because its easy money for the to bang in a new system in a day vs trying to repair it.

Deeps on the equipment. I use to tell people when i did home appliance 10+ years its better to think about replacement than repair if its a major issue. In industrial/commercial I usally say 20+ but ive seen shit from 1972 still running good.

home AC if its old enough to still be R22 probably best to replace. If its 410 and less than 15 years depending on the issues i rather repair then replace. Also depends on the units complexity and parts availability. generally really old units are easier to get running if its a electrical issue but if you need a new coil they mighy not make it anymore and replacement is the only option

They're only 9 days apart (wild I know) yet their personalities in a few ways are wildly different

Theo loved walking around in the sand, but would often just run to me to cuddle

Olivia is headstrong and loved to explore as she crawled away from all of us to check everything out

When we ate, Olivia was picky about when she ate whereas Theo complained if you stopped feeding him - he was having a lot of my crazy loaded chili cheese dog with tater tots and whatever else I had

Monica loved how cutely Theo is. It's crazy how different they are. Pretty jealous on how he eats. At least Olivia loves her refried beans.

Ha I remember! She kept saying "awwe" when Theo kept wanting to cuddle meanwhile I was amazed how you've got your own little Dora the explorer

I can see what you mean about how she is in the house now, she really loves to venture out

So I was talking to Stephanie the other day and we all need to go out to eat at this restaurant we think you'll like; they have beans and some bomb ass steak and twice baked potatoes (among a bunch of other things, it's a steak house)

Think the kids will love the food too

Love how easy and simple it is to make text on paths

    Screenshot 2024-06-19 195820.png

Dude that picks up my scrap wants to pay me for a small job - to cut his company name on this old saw blade which will get turned into a clock

    20240619_195954.jpg

It's so rusted that it doesn't even complete a circuit on itself lol

    20240619_200319.jpg

Gonna have to hit it with a wirewheel tomorrow just to cut it and tell the customer he'll have to leave it out to rust again

Although I could try the vinegar solution a lot of people use

It pretty much ruins a spray bottle after a single use haha. I used it to age some horse shoes for a wine rack I made.
