What's the difference between solar generators and a couple car battery's or something?

 

Its a already built unit instead of trying to source all the individual components to build one

 

Mmm sounds like battery's would be the way to go then

 

12v solar charger, some way to tell when they are charged so it doesn’t over charger it, couple car batteries and a inverter and you’re good to go.

Solar charger for sure, I don't think those work great in the winter

Some battery's don't charge or power below certain temps

What requires pressurized air, where a $10k solar powered air compressor is used (if funds weren't an issue)

Just have work buy it and write it off?

 

Probably want something lighter and more power dense than car batteries. Maybe some lithium iron phosphate batteries. They're available and they're kind of expensive but still when you're done it'll be cheaper than getting a solar generator and it'll be the same components

 

Pneumatic devices that emit natural gas, regulations make them need to go away in the next couple years.

we need about 3000 of them at this point so 10k adds up real quick.

one of the ones we're trying uses some sort of cheap compressor and they still charge the 10k. Figured if I could make one work for like 2k in parts I could quit my job and build/sell those haha
