The free F-150. Minimal rust for a Maryland truck. Got it running today after draining the tank. Trans pan is covered in fluid but he has a new trans pan and rear diff cover with drain plugs I might install. The trans needs attention now so I guess at least that.

He offered me these wheels and tires (5 matching) with 3420 date codes for $1500. I’m just not sure, although they’ve been stored in the garage this whole time.

4 year old tires are no concern if they've been in a garage the whole time. My 35s are from late 2018 and only exited the garage at the tail end of 2022 and theyre bueno

Forgot to mention two of the 5 had been mounted on the truck already, they don't appear to have any issues from sitting though. My S/T Maxx tires have all been arriving from Discount with 1-2 year old date codes. I'm not sure why I was concerned.

Not a fan of the wheels. But if I bought a used set of 5 stock 16" or 17" wheels and 5 new E rated all terrains (which is what I'd do) I couldn't beat his $1500 price after mounting and balancing.

@Kwikvette got it all together today. Found some temporary wings to use in my junk metal. Also need to order some security screws.

Also welded up the reciever on the green truck's rear bumper.

Btw, I also had done the mock up...just rather do a test cut on 16 gauge when I've got some extra before 3/16"

    Matches the original, mostly

    Holy shit...

The Viair is cool...a lot of people here use them, after that it's just metal paneling, some PC fans, a solenoid, and cheap water separator/dessicant/regulator setup.

Probably like $300-400 in total (minus the solar panels).

Here I was thinking a large air compressor.

I'd leave it to the others here to give you the run-down on the battery/solar setup but there are a lot of how-to's online for that.

I'm up to 700 with a rip off arb, tank, and drier and regulator/pressure switch

needs fans, a box, batteries and panels

Why not stick with a Viair

Generally pretty affordable, and they last a long time

He's actually better at using sign language, specifically asking for food, and more

And if I do "all done" he gets mad

Yeah River is still just babbling like crazy trying to play with sounds and stuff to figure out how speech works like they do. The funnier moments come later after 1 year old when they actually know parts of words and think they're making sense but totally aren't.

Then you get to like ~2/3 years old where they do know how to talk but still have trouble with more complex sentences and words and you have to ask them to repeat several times which incites toddler rage
