Planning on putting some shackle mounts on my bumper, looking at doing a bolt-on set and both bolting and welding them on. Is that useless overkill? Don’t know if I trust my welding enough for just a surface mount weld on set, last thing I’d want is one popping off under load

If surface mount, just bevel the mating surface of the mount, fuse, and run another pass to fill

I've decided it'd be easier to just use one of viairs kits, cause why not VIAIR Constant Duty OBA Onboard Air System with 450C Air Compressor & 2.5 Gallon Tank, 12V Offroad Compressor, 150 PSI, up to 37" Tires
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000YC42RG

just get rid of what you don't need and add an air drier

solar package can be off to the side, will probably just use someone else's for a minute to test

I just don't know if those could keep up

double check that your plug wires are fully seated and don't have any nicks in em. easy to accidentally snag one while working in the engine bay. the fan/clutch/pulley assembly weigh so little compared to the engine that I doubt they'd be able to cause that much vibration

I'd like to take today and tomorrow off plz, I already did everything on my list and somehow ahead of schedule. At least I can leave this campus early today to do some training at another.

I just wish we had more public transport options. My life actually improved a lot when I stopped driving everyday. If only there was a light rail down to Fayetteville.

Maybe the gas is just old too? It’s been so tiring for several months, and this new ethanol stuff degrades pretty quickly apparently.

Driving isn't a huge concern here, three vehicles and very little traffic. I just take whatever I feel like. Today was BMW cause its gonna be 103* and its AC kicks ass, also somehow gets 24-25mpg everywhere.

If it's humid there then that is a possibility. I'd put fresh tank in and give it a long drive.

Paired with the fact that the vehicle doesn't get driven much at all, you're onto something

You do have to consider the obvious here - your ethanol degrading components, takes a lot longer than the few weeks your truck has been down (if that even occurred), and if your truck wasn't shaking before like it is now, it also wouldn't be your mounts suddenly
