Yeah i would get more info. Because its basically a boiler system, and from all my experience installing hydronic systems you gotta know way more info then they are providing.

Your home water heater system has a more complex P&ID then what they had

Its also calling out 60watt max output, which is like 5a at 12vdc. The compressor you have looks like its 19a at 12v which is like 228watts.
So you may see voltage drops on the battery as the compressor runs

Gonna have atleast 400 ah battery storage, voltage drop is expected at night when the solar part isn't working. Was just thinking this little bit of extra power might help a bit

So reading up on this, it looks like the water side is mostly just for cooling the system off. So if you go water cooled you will have all that extra complexity of them system and the extra required power draw to support it.

these things work best with a high TD between the hot and cold side and when the hot side is at really high temps.

They also make air cooled options which will reduce the complexity of your design. And if you are using this thing on a open flame and you got cold air like in winter running over the other side they will work well

My youngest son got me a Milwaukee 1/2-drive impact wrench for my birthday. My oldest son has an assortment of Milwaukee drills and hand tools that he is also giving me for my birthday. We have multiple interchangeable batteries. I guess I'll be moving from compressed air to battery-operated. I have an old HF 3/4-drive impact wrench that I use when releasing hub to rotor bolts. This one has over 2x the torque. I can now use this to remove the crankshaft pulley and suspension bolts.

@Ozark_RegCab Found a Le Creuset skillet for camping at the Chenal Goodwill for $30. Checking the cookware section occasionally for camping gear can be cool. Somebody might have gotten rid of it because they didn't like the color.
