No of course not, a welder should already have squares and stuff!

They'll attach to the legs of my CNC table and will create a platform for my plasma cutter to sit on. It'll beat having the damn rolling cart I have underneath that gets in the way.

@cruiserguy @Speedytech7 These are such an enjoyable engine to work on.

I can literally change the timing chain tensioner by touch without looking at it. They last about 150,000 to 180,000 miles. They stop holding oil and let the chain slap for a minute on startup so you know when to change one. I think many VQ30s were sold or traded off in their prime as having a major engine problem when it could be fixed for less than $200.

I'm very familiar with having a dog like likes to play Ostrich with their heads in the ground. Tunneling critters stand no chance

Outside of them having a timing chain vs belt, they are so much like a 5VZ that I felt like I had been working on one for years. Though, they are an aluminum block.

The remaining one that we have has a FWD with VLSD. That one is a climbing bitch in snow. The Canadian versions were required to have VLSD.

The return of the mullet started a decade ago here in rural Texas. Or maybe it never left.

I lined up for a 1600m track race in 2014 and was one of the few without a mullet. I did have long sideburns though because my school forced us to shave and I wanted to push the limits.

@Kwikvette Just got a new set of S/T Maxx for the price of one new tire. They also transferred my certs onto my new set. And to be fair this shouldn’t have cost me any money.

One tire balanced out with no weight at all, I was skeptical on that but so far no vibrations from 60-75mph. The manager said he’d never seen that before in his time at this location.
