I guess it’s maybe a good thing the gas tank got punctured so I won’t have to worry about it having bad gas after sitting so long lol

Im kinda bummed my old roommate is gone. He got on my nerves a lot but now I just want my old apartment and routine back. I’m actually looking for another roommate since they said they’d let me out of this lease if I let them know by July. There’s so many students looking for apartments here that leases can get taken over in like a week.

 

It’s irrational but I hate it when people leave or my routine changes

 

I'm totally that type - I still visit the Bagel Bakery in Salinas whenever I visit my family.

The guy there knows me really well, and knows I moved out of town so whenever he sees me walk in he knows to make my sandwich for me (or his wife).

I get the same sandwich, every visit, and he ensures that only them two make it if other employees are there. This has been going on for over 13+ years now.

Anyway, I just hope when you go back and read what you share, you can look back and learn from those experiences. You mentioned not liking your roommate, so why not try to get by without a roommate? People are unpredictable, and the last thing you want is someone else affecting your routine. Do what you can to make things a little easier/convenient at least for your own mental health.

You said you got your own laundry right? AC? That's worth a lot right there.

 

He was pretty chill, just kind of slobby. But I’m not exactly a neatfreak either.

Was listening to the news and they were talking about the Diddy trial that's going on, apparently one of the victims was on the stand yesterday and told a story about how Diddy found out he was dating his ex so Diddy broke into his house when they were gone and opened up all the kids' Christmas presents and left

I know he's accused of some real serious, evil shit but that one is funny to me. Who does he think he is the Grinch

 

Then there's me literally ironing the sheets after they came out of the dryer today.

Mattress topper makes it a little lumpy still but you get the point haha

Be careful what you offer, we may be coming out to Cali next month for my wife's old roommates wedding. I don't know where at yet all they said was Cali

 

I penny pinched for almost 3 years living in an 18ft camper to get here. I was fortune to buy in December of 2019 or there's no way I could afford this place now
