Also had just welded this up yesterday that I had cut and bent the day prior

Had made the mistake of assuming the customer only wanted it to be tacked, so I had tacked everything together and messaged that it was done.

But getting a big nozzle into a tight spot is something I'm all too familiar with :anonymous:

See the paper version of it there? That's the part I had to create in metal form.

It was sent to me from a really cool member in the forum that needed a fabricator to create an art sculpture for him a few months ago.

Here's the first one I knocked out, except the dimensions and parts were shared via text.

    20250205_162728.jpg

This second time around, the paper assembly was mailed to me so it was much quicker to knock out and keep everything properly scaled.

Here's when I mailed it out to them.

The important thing is, if you're going to do any of this sort of thing for work, be humble and take on even the smallest jobs and treat them like they're just as important as the big ones.

People appreciate that kind of stuff and they either bring you even bigger jobs, or refer others to you.

So we have a spring wreath on our front door with a faux birds nest on it, and a few weeks ago some birds started building a real nest on top of it and now there are real eggs in it lol. Every time we open our front door the mom and dad take off like bats outta hell. Don’t want to move it now with the eggs in there…guess we’ll be going in and out of the garage more often

    @Speedytech7

I hope you caught glimpse of the McNally video where he easily shimmed a lock with some cut up aluminum in response to a "that's fake" comment.

This one's different because this specific video was not only taken down on every social media platform, but the company (Proven Industries) has a lawsuit against McNally

Copyright infringement, defamation, etc. Basically they're butt hurt like hell and saying it's costing the company tons of money because he easily shimmed open one of their locks (like he does so often with others).

If anyone were to complain, it'd be Master Lock.

Anyway it's funny because the lawsuit claim also mentions Covert Instruments and well, you know who that entails! The Lock Picking Lawyer.

Imagine picking a fight with not one but two expert lock pickers and one of them just happens to be a lawyer

Granted the lawsuit states going after McNally only, they just mention Covert Instruments as McNally mentions them a lot so they've listed them as an affiliate.

McNally works for covert. Their marketing is ingenious because they don't talk about each other, but LPL, BosnianBill, and McNally are all apart of that company they built together. Bosnian Bill is silent these days because he's done with YouTube. But LPL and McNally both rep because they're both skilled lock picking people who have an interest in building excellent tools for the hobby.

Ah gotcha, didn't know McNally worked for Covert directly just figured it was a sponsorship. But yeah LPL states many times something along the lines of building the company or something along that.

The lock in question was this one -

    https://youtu.be/dbMmc-diolc?si=gcPXSUz56sruNtvx

Proven was so hurt about others defeating their setup that they made that video in response.

They were literally asking for someone to challenge their shit

McNally's videos are the equivalent of their advertising budget. Why do you think he gets all fancy with it with closeups on nice black backgrounds... And the KY lube
