Definitely a thing. I was reading about it earlier. I don't think we know why though.

 

Goddamn that is a steal, unless they are completely shot. I paid nearly $800 for my new Alcans back in 2020.

Guy is leaving out key info though, like how much lift and weight they were designed for. Though maybe they aren’t his and he’s just trying to get rid of them hence the price.

The younger me remembers that classic stupid-funny humor and enjoying it, but a lot could change (both on the film side as well as how I'd view it now)

Seriously Dex still smells like skunk even after that $100 grooming he got 2 weeks ago. Out bathroom and guest room still smell 2 months later. Skunks are fucking evil

ya i think it is hard to sell them without the specs. I bought a pair of alcans with unknown specs for $50 last year from someone converting to links

might need to grab these too lol

 

$800 for Alcans seems pretty alright too. I paid closer to $1000 for my off-the-rack Deaver J59 a few years ago. I'm sure the Alcans have gone up since 2020.
