What’s needed to swap a j shift transfer case into a truck that didn’t have the j shift.... I like the fact it doesn’t have an actuator to fail

That's it? Out of a 572 stroker big block, did he build it too loose. Haha. It seems like a lot but something is up there cause a BBC that big should be pushing a bit more although single carb and high rise single plane intake could be holding it back a bit.

The add wiring will be different cause the e case has basically an entire locker motor setup as well as the front diff. You basically have to wire the add like an elocker or find a way to shortcut the case locking portion and have the case engaged switch trigger your stock add actuator circuit

I’ll just try to find a vin to a 01 with the 3.4 auto and a j shift.. I should be able to source the wire harness to make it all work like normal.

Less actuators are better. I’d do manual hubs too. But I don’t want to loose the strength advantage of the add axles

I’m at this huge car show at the Alameda County fairgrounds.

The swap meet is like heaven, holy shit. The only Japanese thing I saw was a guy selling a rice maker.

I went to a gun store that was having a sale. I spent to much time and money. Owner didn't have the guns I want but gave me a 10% discount on top of his sale price for it. Which is fair for me.
