I see Wranglers with Hi-Lifts mounted to the hood all the time out here, probably one of the most common ways it's done on the older models. I've also seen old Landcruisers mount it that way, sometimes they do it right near the windshield.

I've always thought the same...would be awful to see what happens in a collision. Either it's going to kill you, or it's going to go flying forward and kill someone else.

I shouldn't be one to talk, seeing as how I had a roof mounted axe fly off my truck at 75mph on the highway once. Don't put a ton of faith in Quickfist mounts, alls I gotta say.

Town I live in outside of Pasadena is blanketed in smoke from the Malibu fire over 40 miles away. Air quality is shit right now. @zero4 how you guys holding up? I know you mentioned earlier that the fire was headed toward the valley near where you are.

Where I'm at we're 100% safe from the fire but it's crazy how bad the smoke has gotten even this far over.

 

There was one I didn’t buy that I’m sure was in some kind of abandoned mine, it said “Stay Out, Stay Alive” with a picture of the grim reaper on it.

 

Some lady tries offering me joints as a tip on a call i was on lol

 

Guy wanted like $200 for it. It was old and porcelain.
